In traditional game theory - competitive or cooperattive games.

Issues
- tension between indivisual and team
- communication method
- feeling of collaboration in games.

I think that there is no indivisual competitions while they played the collaboraion game, because the benefit or payoff is same with all your group. Therefore if anyone of your group wins you also win the game even if you are not fail to win.

Also, there might be some kind of tension between indivisual and team, if the player don't understand 'what is a collaborative game" or player want to be a winer indivisually.
